Online Registration Instructions for the
2011-2012 Season
All players and coaches must secure
membership in USA Volleyball before participating in
Open Gyms, Tryouts or practices. The cost for
membership is $55.00.
Online registration is
now open.
Where to begin the online
registration process: Individuals should go
to the RMR web site
www.rmrvolleyball.org and click on “Membership”
in the box at the top of the page. Scroll down
to find two boxes: Renewing is the left box and New
is the right box. If you were a member of the Rocky
Mountain Region last year, you are a renewing member
this year. If you are New to the Rocky Mountain
Region (defined as not a member during the last
season), click “New” and follow the prompts.
Players: be sure to designate your club as
“undecided”. After tryouts, you will go back and
register your choice of club.
Print your
2011-2012 Membership Card
(expiration date must be 2012) and bring it
to Open Gyms and Tryouts.
For renewing
members, logon using your user name and password.
If you have forgotten your user name and
password, you will receive an email from USA
Volleyball with that information. If you have not
received this email by September 2, 2011, check your
Spam or Junk Mail folder for the email. If you still
did not receive the email, inform your club director
at
flatironsvbc@aol.com.
I forgot to
print out proof of my online registration.
Not a problem. The individual will need to login to
the online system and go to “My Information”, then
“Membership Info”, the second blue line is
“Membership History”, right below this there you
will see a “!” followed by a box that looks like a
form, press on the box. From there it will bring up
the “Membership Confirmation” page, scroll down to
the bottom and hit “Waiver & Release”, the next step
is to press the “Print” prompt at the top right hand
corner”. You can then close out of that window.
Follow the above steps to print the Medical Release
Form and New Player Information Form (aka Player
Intent Form).
