I hope your Labor Day weekend is off to a good start!
It’s imperative you are extra diligent when it comes to COVID safety this weekend. Especially when it comes to avoiding large crowds and wearing your masks in public.
You should have received an invitation to register for your RMR USA Volleyball membership for the 2020-2021 Season. It was sent today. If you didn’t receive this email, check your spam/junk folder then let us know if it’s not there.
Practice schedule: Another gym opportunity has manifested. If it comes through, all teams will be practicing within Boulder County. Thank you for your tips and suggestions! We’ll need to tweak the schedule a bit and plan to send it to you next week.
Practices are starting the week of September 14. We’re working on the COVID protocols and will send them next week.
Registering for payments: SportsEngine is creating our registration; it’s due to be ready next week. One of the primary purposes for this registration is for Medical Release information as well as emergency and parent contact information.
Two payment plans will be offered: the regular plan and a COVID plan which is front loaded allowing us to cancel payments should there be a shutdown.
Deposit checks and payments in full will be deposited next week.
Uniform Ordering: The store is currently open. Feel free to order at any time.
* All players need to order facial masks and practice shirts.
